HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY IMAGES?
The full gallery will be delivered in 3-4 weeks. You will receive a minimum of 3 highlight photos within 48 hours of your photoshoot to share with family.

DO YOU PROVIDE RAW IMAGES?
No, I don't. I consider photography an art. An artist wouldn't provide their client with a half-finished painting. Your photographs are not complete until they are edited.

DO YOU HAVE A CLIENT WARDROBE?
I have a modest collection of women outfits & robes for hire.
I also have a small selection of newborn outfits and wraps to layer.

DO YOU TRAVEL?
Brisbane sessions do not incur a travel fee, outside of Brisbane (Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast & Ipswich) incur a travel fee of $100 to cover the additional travel time and fuel.

DO YOU PHOTOGRAPH DURING WEEKDAYS?
Yes, however I have limited indoor sessions only.

CAN YOU PROVIDE RECOMMENDATIONS FOR LOCATION AND TIMING?
Absolutely, it is imperative a time of day is chosen to suit the location. For example, early morning or late afternoon is the best time for an outdoor location as the light is beautiful and golden, however midday might be more suited to indoors.
ARE YOU COVID VAXXED?
Yes, I am triple covid vaccinated and can provide my certificate upon request.
DO YOU RESCHEDULE DUE TO WEATHER?
If you have chosen an outdoor location and it is raining, we can either reschedule or do the shoot in your home.
HOW DO I BOOK?
You can book a session via the contact me link. I will reply to your email within 24-48 hours. To secure your photoshoot, you will be required to pay the creative fee of $195 , this fee is non refundable and covers communication, my talent & dedication to your vision.

DO YOU USE OUR PHOTOS FOR YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA?
Yes, I do. Without sharing my work, I am unable to book new clients. Please advise me if you don't want your images shared.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Whatever you feel comfortable and beautiful in. My recommendation for family photos is to try and have a theme. For example, incorporate an off-white into every outfit. For maximum impact, I recommend avoiding patterns. Colours that work well with my style are whites, creams, browns & light pinks. Layer clothing, and play with textures.
I can provide recommendations for the specific location you have chosen upon request.

CAN WE MEET YOU BEFORE BOOKING?
Absolutely, I can FaceTime/zoom with zero obligation to ensure I am the person to photograph you and your family. Your best photos will come from a photographer you feel comfortable with, so I’m more than happy to chat before you book to see if we are a good fit.

HOW MUCH EDITING DO YOU DO TO YOUR PHOTOS?
I do minimal editing. My aim is to capture images that tell your authentic story. That means, I won't photoshop out any freckles, chins, smile lines or anything that makes you YOU.

CAN WE BRING EXTRA FAMILY MEMBERS?
Extended and large family shoots are very special, and I am happy to accommodate them. My family packages cater for up to 7 immediate family members. For additional family members, I charge $30 per additional person (pets are free). This is due to the extra work that goes into organising and editing large groups. For extended groups, I now offer a package :)

WE HAVE NEVER DONE A PHOTOSHOOT BEFORE...
That is no problem. Most families are anxious to begin with but relax as the shoot goes on. I aim to get real authentic moments and smiles. Some posing is used, but very minimal. Mostly, the session will just be a fun time in a special location with your beautiful family.

HOW MANY WEEKS DO I HAVE TO BE FOR MATERNITY SHOOTS?
My recommendation is to have maternity photos around 34 weeks. At this stage your blooming belly will be prominent, but you won't be too uncomfortable yet.

CAN I BRING MY PET?
Please do. Family is family, no matter how big or small.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO YOU USE?
My eyes, hands & a keen eye for detail.
(canon r6 with prime lenses, canon 6d backup & a dji Mavic mini 2 drone) and coming soon, super 8 & 35mm film.
I have a 3 process backup system and a backup camera to ensure your shoot always runs smoothly.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE ACCESS TO MY ONLINE GALLERY?
The online gallery will remain active for download for 6 weeks. Additional fees will apply to re-upload gallery.

DO YOU DO BRANDING PHOTOGRAPHY?
Absolutely, shoot me an email and we can discuss what you'd like photographed.

DO YOU HAVE ANY PREFERRED LOCATIONS?
I do have some locations that suit my style, however it's important to me it also fits in well with your family.

WHEN SHOULD A NEWBORN SHOOT BE DONE?
The best time for a newborn lifestyle shoot is between 5 days and 8 weeks.

WHAT IS LIFESTYLE PHOTOGRAPHY?
Lifestyle photography can be best described as capturing you and your family authentically. I provide prompts for most of my sessions. My most posed sessions are solo maternity sessions as these require very specific angles to capture the bump. I tend to offer positions not poses and prompts to get authentic connection.
